Can other email provider support Mail.to function

only applicable to Outlook Express only. If i want to other email provider such as hotmail,yahoo. Can the above statement be suitable.

The code you have posted there looks like syntax for the CDONTS object, which is independent of outlook express (much less yahoo or hotmail). It uses your server's SMTP server (MS Exchange) to relay the mail.

I don't think I understand your question.
