The Database Admin. is no longer with my company. I can see all the Tables in our Ordering Database, but I do not see anything under Forms, Macros, Queries,etc.... Where would this information be kept?

I got stuck with this, since she left and my boss wants some
modifications done to some of the forms.

Thank You in advance

Hi, MzPooks:

I'm pretty sure you're looking at what is called the "back end" of a "split" data base. The "back end" holds the tables where the data is "served" to the users on a network. The back end is like a restaurant where the users visit with their queries and forms, modules and macros (called the "front end"), whenver they want some data to digest, edit, delete, or put ketchup on. Usually all the users have a copy of the same "front end".

If your network is peer-to-peer, you probably have a copy of the "front end" on the same machine that holds the "back end".

I hope this is helpful. Gus Brunston [glasses] An old PICKer, using Access2000.

Also possible the items are "hidden"....In the menu click Tools -> Options and on the view tab, ensure Show Hidden Object is checked.... Please remember to give helpful posts the stars they deserve!
This makes the post more visible to others in need! [thumbsup2]
