can only have 3 in conference,but key saids ao6.
anyone knows this problem.

post the TNB, sure they are telling you the truth? Test it from the set yourself? Verify correct phoneset??

internal or external.. what type of station?

ao3 has not limited you to 3 in conf since rls 14 or so.. how many conf channels are idle when you are trying to set up the conf?

the switch will not let you busy all the conf channels for conf calls. it holds 30 percent for transfer and hold function.. (hold is a conf to either mus or talk battery).. transfer uses a conf channel until either a connect key or the transfering party hangs up..
