Can only handle 1 call at a time in Auto Att

I built an auto attendant (191) created an ACD Group 191 that NCFW into vmail. It works great - one call at a time. It appears to setup like the other SDNs??? How can I get it to answer more simultaneous calls?

In the channel tab - I have 0 minimum and default maximum, like the other apps in there. I tried setting minimum to 3 without luck.

check your ports and make sure you have enough full service ports avaible.. remember if you are using fax services thru cp each call hold 2 ports until after the call type is est, and voice recogmendation requires 4 ports, for bandwidth. this is not for the duration of the call but was a fact for call setup during cp rls 1 school
