Can only access 1 port. Catalyst 2960-S

I have a Cisco Catalyst 2960-S switch. I didn't set it up and I am a newbie trying to learn.

I have a workstation connected to gi1/0/4. If I try to connect to any other port I cannot get a connection to the server on another switch.

I did a show interface status and gi1/0/3 is connected and on vlan 605. gi1/0/4 works and is also on vlan 605.

What are some of the commands I can run to make gi1/0/3 connected like gi1/0/4 is connected?

Any help would be much appreciated.
