can one change the color of hightlightef files in Windows Explorer

when I click on a file in Windows Explorer is show sup as blue background around the file name. if I click another window that blue turns to very light gray or tan. It is then hard to see that file to drag it to somewhere else? can that one thing be changed without changing the whole scheme?
