Can OE6 create a Global Address List like in Outlook 97?

We use MS Exchange 5.5 for interoffice mail. Everyone using Outlook 97 has a "Global Address List" that pops up people on the LAN. Outlook Express seems to only use an address book or contact system. Can OE6 generate a Global List for a LAN?
