can not view my contacts on globel address book

can anybody help me when i start to create a mail and click on to all i see is the globel address book and not my local contact list how do i change things so i can see both

first modify the settings in the address book, under tools->options. you need to change the lookup order or add the outlook address book service to the list.

I checked out the link and that would have worked but on my system, that is greyed out. Any clues?
