Can not view menu expansion - advanced security

[BHAT100]

When I am clicking expansion (+),to view various module under it. it gives error says -'menu items not found'

Any idea to fix this problem?

What version of Great Plains are you using?

One suggestion is to open the Advanced Security options and reset the accelerator to force it to re-read all it's data including the menu structure.

If you still have problems, then it depends on which version you are using as to what tables are being used to read the menu structure.
