Can not update Panel control data on Mouse movement

Hi,
I want to Uadate Coordinate of the Page Item, When holding Rectangular frame (Box), it wont be update Panel control data.
You can see this when holding an object on the page, the coordinate will be automatically updated in InDesign CS2 Control Bar.
I want to implement exactlly same thing. Pls help me as soon as possible
