Can not Uninstall Voice X press Version 5 Standard

Purchased program. It does not work. It has warnings and requests that it be reinstalled We tried it. It still didn't work. We can not uninstall it. We wrote to L&H no answer. We need to uninstall it,as the computer has been acting strangely since this software was installed. Can you help me?
