Can not uninstall VB4

I recently loaded VB4 Standard Edition onto an ancient 32-bit XP laptop.

I have since discovered that, for my purposes, I really need VB4 Professional edition.

Problem is: The Standard edition does not show up in Control Panel > Add/Remove

Any thoughts as to how I can remove it?

Failing that, will I get into trouble if I just install the Professional Edition without removing the standard?

Do you have the XP installation disks? In the worst case, if it fails when you install VB4prof, just wipe the machine, re-install the OS and try again.

Should have tried it first on a VM.
