Hello there!

I have run into a estrange problem while logging into a 2003 server via terminal services

Problem:
If I attempt to connect to the server from OUTSIDE the office, I get connected, but, I am unable to type the logging ID and the password, It feels as the keyboard is not connected.

The user IN the office do are able to connect using Terminal Services with no problems.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance

Joe

Possibly you have a good many lost packets...
Run pathping to the terminal server or router's IP address from the remote(s), and from the server to the remote(s) endpoint, you should have a few if any packets lost. If too many packets get dropped you can get results like your issue.
