Can not transfer call received from 2250 console

Hello,

Scenario:

PBX 1 : Nortel CS1000E Rls 5.0 CPPM call server
PBX 2 : Mitel

Both Pbx are connedted via Trunk type = IDA and SIGL = DPN.

All incomming PRI lines are on Nortel PBX.

Problem:

1) PSTN --> 2250 console --> 1000 (Mitel Extn) In this case Extn-1000 can not transfer call to anyone (MITEL of NORTEL PBX user). Call transfer and hold feature doesnot work on Mitel PBX extension

2) PSTN ---> 1000 directly (Mitel extension) In this case Extn - 1000 can transfer calls to any one- NOrtel PBX or Mitel).

When 2250 console call Mitel extension (internal or external), Mitel extension can not transfer call to anyone with in Mitel PBX or Nortel PBX.

But when 2250 cosole call NOrtel pbx extension, nortel extension can transfer call to mitel or nortel pbx extension.

Is it something restricted on 2250 or on trunk connectivity between two pbx.

either mark the routes as internal or allow transfer to external trunks in your cdb..

if the minel ext are built as lsc's in your rlb they should transfer regardless
