Can not transfer a call

I have a problem when i try to transfer a call, from forwarded line to the line that was set to forward all calls to the line thta want to transfer the call, what can i do?
example
1. I have the line 1000, and I set up this line to forward all calls to the line 2000
2. When i try to transfer a call to the line 1000, it is not posible.

If you have "call foward all" enabled on 1000 and try transfering a call back to 1000 then the phone will try and foward the call on again!

If you are running 3.3 then your phone will only support 1 call at a time!!

What version CCM are you running? What are you getting when you transfer a call to 1000, a busy signal, fast or slow or what else?? Still actually a little confused on what your trying to do. Do you have 1000 CFWD to 2000. Then when 4000 calls 3000 and 3000 transfers the call to 1000, it fails??
