I have a user "A" that when opening outlook 2000 gets the error message - "can not start outlook." I know that the mailbox for user "A" is not corrupt because I can log on as exchange admin and can read, view, and send email from the account.<br><br>Also, user "A" has been using this email account for nearly a year, now all the sudden it has failed. I have run out of things to try. I went to MS web page and found some info on it, but nothing works. <br><br>Any suggestions would be appreciated,<br><br>Pinkman
