Hi, I have problem with internet connection. I checked Network Connection Service and it is not started. All options Start, Stop, Pause, Restart are not active. When I click on tab Dependencies on dialog box of Network Connection Service, I get message 'Win32: Access is denied'. I checked RPC and it is started. I tried to look in Event Viewer and when I click on Application or System, I get message 'Unable to complete the operation on Application. Access is denied'. I checked IIS Admin Service and it is not started. Here the option to start it is active but when i try to start it, I get message 'Windows could not start the IIS Admin Service on local computer. For more information review the System Event Log. If this is a non-MS service.......error code 2147467243'. IIS Admin Service depends upon Protectd Storage and RPC, and both are started. Also when I click on tab Dependencies on dialog box of Properties of IIS Admin Service, I get message 'Win32: Access is denied'. Also is not started and and on try to start it, gives message 'Could not the World Wide Web Publishing Service on local computer. Error 1068: The dependency service or group failed to start.'.

I am trying to solve this problem since more than 3 days, please help me to solve it. I have installed Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard Edition. Thanks a lot in advanced.
