Dear all,

First time I setup WinXP Prof SP1a, I still could use help file when pressing F1.
I don't know why, it can not happen again now. Even the first time I booting and start the XP, the help file still can not load when pressing F1.

Maybe someone could help me solving this problem.

Plz do not suggest me to restore the backup setting before it happen, because I don't remember and I don't want to do that.

Thank you in advance

Can you try another Keyboard to see if yours is faulty.

You don't say whether you can access Help through other means.

Look under WinXP Fixes for the following link.
"Fix Windows® XP Help"

Run the System File Checker program from the Run Box by typing.....Sfc /Scannow in it and have your XP CD handy.
