Can not send attachements through ISA

I have a problem with getting email out woth attachements.

I have ISA running and my clients (Outlook 2000) can send email using theire pop-accounts. But when they want to send an attachement with thier email they get an error stating that there is no transport available.

I have disable SMTP-filtering. All protoclos are set to enabled. What can I try next???
