Can not see Global address List ?

Hi,
We have a network with a windows 2000 server domain.
The windows 2000 server is running exchange 5.5 sp4
Every client computer is win xp pro, with ms outlook 2002.

Everyone is able to use the exchange server for sending and receiving, public folders, global address list...

However, since today, 1 person can't access the global address list anymore ? What could cause this ? That person can do everything else (send, receive, access her calendar, etc).

Please urgent help wanted.
