First, I find that Exchange Server 2003 for a small business 10 to 20 clients is very difficult to work with. We had no problems with all our clients getting their POP3 email prior to upgrading to SBS Server 2003 which installed Exchange Server 2003. We liked the new Outlook and integrated calander, etc. First I had problems getting any emails to go outside the LAN. We were able to send to each other but not out to the Internet. Now we have a problem where we are able to get new email from outside fine. Unfortunately, we seem to have a large number of emails on the Exhcnage Server in cache for several of the clients who were not able to get email for a while as we worked on setup. As I said, they get new email fine. How do I have these cached messages sent to them from Exchange to clear their cached box on the server. I don't want to just erase them. Second, is there a way we can access the email in the cache directly on the server as administrator so we can maybe review it and delete it if it is junk?
