Can not restore BCM50 back

every time i try to restore a back on a new system i get the following error "rules deleted" any ideas.

Had the same problem on a BCM 50 after doing a lvl 2 reset. Also applied the latest DSP patch b4 attempting restore, not sure if that had any bearing on the issue.

Would also like to know what the problem is since I have more resets to do on other systems and don't want to have to program from scratch every time.

I have never had a problem doing a restore. The only thing that I have done is I have put the same patches that I had in originally and then the restore and no problems.
