Can not remove them!

Hi,

I have done many things to try to remove them but until now, I still got myny problems:

Access Members Area.exe in desktop, don't know how to remove it.
Shopping Wizard and Offer Optimizer in Add or Remove Programs window. If try to remove them, I will be linked to their site and asked to download an uninstall file. But the uninstall file cannot uninstall them!
Two file (missing) cannot be removed by HijackThis.
Try to install Norton but it keeps tell me "The same or newer version of Norton Antivirus is already installed..."

once that done...

boot into safemode, I hope you already have DL MS AntiSpyware, AdAware and SpyBot S&D, do full scans with them in SAFEMODE, deleting anything they find as troublesome...

Reboot... if it worked well, then ok, if not you may wanna start over and do A Clean Install...
