Can Not Record from Newly Added Telephones!!!!!

Greetings! I have a Magix system with 4.0 software. I have a 412 card in first slot, an ETR card in the second, a Merlin Messageing 4.0 card in the third and a newly added 024 in slot four. ALl the telephone on the first two station cards can record a call at will. The stations on the 024 card get a "cannot record" message on their screen when they press the record button. I have checked the voice mail to allow for recording ( Record a Call Message Length ).

Any ideas why this is happening?
