I was trying to rerecord of the prompt in IPCC 5.0(2)_Build064 and I am unable to do to.
First, I was trying to change it using the phone. Call the prompt admin, enter the pin and then the prompt ID. It gave me options to listen (press 1) or rerecord the prompt (press 2). I rerecord the prompt and press #. Then I was able to listen my recording (press1 again) then it will give me the option to save it (option 2). BUT when I press the option 2, the system suddenly says Good Bye and it does not save the recording. I also tried to some other prompts that it is doing the same thing.
Second, I was trying to change it through the prompt management. I downloaded one of the prompt from the prompt management, then rename it, then uploaded back to the prompt management. After that I check it thought the phone access and listen it to but there is no sound. I am pretty sure it is not the coded since I downloaded from one of the prompt.
So I have no way to change the prompt, I have no clue what would be the issue.
Before this is happening, I was able to change it using the phone access by dialing the prompt admin.
Can someone give me some clues?
