can not open www but http is working, Please Help.

we public DNS and hosting some sites, we can open our hosting web sites only by http but not with www
meanes I can open

http://domain.com

but cann't open

http://www.domain.com

even I add

http://www as

a record .

You can configure DNS with a wildcard "*" so that everything that comes before domain.com will point to your web server.
