I am scheduling a Crystal Report and using Seagate Info to send it via email. The report runs successfuly and can be viewed using Info Analyzer, however the email which is sent cannot be opened. The error states " The managed Software Installer failed to install the program associated with this file ". Does the person receiving the email have to have Crystal Reports insalled on their computer ?? Can this be fixed by changing the file extension ?? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
