can not open Outlook Express

Try running the Internet Explorer repair tool....
Go to Start->Programs->Accessories->System Tools->System Information and when the window opens up, fo to Tools->Internet Repair tool and click on it.....
This will also repair Outlook Express as it is part of it... Jay~
