I have a Dell Optiplex GX520 the operating system is Windows 2000 and we are using Microsoft Office 2000 Professional I am trying to insert an Organization Chart using Microsoft Office 2000. But when I want to insert this organization chart, but I got the message "The server application, source file, or item can't be found, or returned an unknown error. You may need to reinstall the server application". Any help
