Can not open DTS package

Ever since I installed SQL Server 2005 Express and the Evaluation, there are problems with the DTS packages that I create in SQL Server 2000.

When I create a DTS package that uses the FTP task, nobody can open the package. When my team members at work are trying to open it (in their workstations), they would get the message, "The DTS Designer has been closed".

Is there anyone aware of this issue? Do you know how to fix the problem?

What service pack levels are you running for SQL 2000 and SQL 2005 on your workstation? Have you installed the SQL 2005 DTS tools add on?

We had the same problem with one of our DTS packages. The only thing we could do was to make sure the other workstations had the 2005 client tools installed. Then everyone could open the DTS package that contained the FTP task.
