Can Not Map To a Remote Drive

What am I doing wrong?? I am trying to map a drive from remote site PC (1.32.0.129) to host site PC (2.32.0.132). I CAN PING PC TO PC with no problem, I use the drop down and select the J drive and enter //2.32.0.132/c$ the shared name being C. The reply I get is "Network Path Not Found" Using Windows XP Pro at both sides and using Workgroup name of XP at both sides. Can not see remote computer in My Network Places. THIS IS MY FIRST TIME TRYING TO MAP A DRIVE REMOTELY....Please HELPPPPPP.
