Can not log into UC module via WinSCP or Putty 2

I have a UC module on 11.0 that I am trying to migrate to at virtual server on 11.1. I am able to log in to vmpro using the Administrator log in. But when I try to Putty or use WinSCP I get wrong username and password when I use the Administrator account. I need to be able to pull my backup to restore on the 11.1. Anyone have this issue?

if you don't know the correct Administrator & root passwords for this device you are going to need to connect a keyboard & monitor & then follow one of the guides on resetting passwords on Centos

You could do a backup and restore from the VMP interface. It does a fair job of migrating. The only thing I have found it drops the ball on is the VM to email settings.
