Can not log into password protected site 1

I have a user who needs to login to a site. He is using and typing the correct username and password. But the screen refreshes to show the same page with those fields blank. He can login to this site from any other workstation. He is using WinXP SP1. I have logged on as admin and deleted temp and temp internet files folders. Swapped keyboards. Resent him the link. No success. Any suggestions?

There is obviously an issue with the profile.

You could:

. resolve the existing profile issue:

The second choice is likely the better one.
