Can not log into my ext with *35*ext*#

I am using phone mgr lite with my desk phone. My desk phone is logged out but the phone mgr lite is still logged in. I can not relog my desk phone back back in with *35*ext*#. Any suggestions?.

Add a login code on the telephony tab of the user

Use the login code as *35*201*1234#

where 201 is the extension number and 1234 is the password
