can not locate the file winsvrc.exe

i have a problem that i can't run any program or application as an errot appears can't locate the file winsvrc.exe, as i'm thinking that i've got a virus that corrupt this file, what do i have to do to get this file back or i should download all the programs again, help me please and how to get rid of this virus because even norton antivirus is not working.

Do a search in this forum for winsvrc. You are looking for a post from nardeelip and an answer from Alt255 where the answers lie to help in removing the Navidad virus which you are infected with. No need to go thru this again. Not yet Craig, but real soon now.
