Can not locate default form

A user gets the message "Can not locate default form" whenever he tries to Forward any e-mail from any folder.
Thanks for your help.

Found the answer. I went into the Notes Designer, then into the person's database, then into the Memo Form. I then displayed the Form Properties, and checked off the "Default Database Form", and it appears to have worked.
