"Error 621: The system could not open the phonebook file"
I seem to suddenly be recieving this error, after I connected my computer to a router/switch and changed my options on Internet explorer to never dial a connection.
I have looked on the microsoft error pages and a reason is because "Everyone" doesn't have access to a file called rasphone.pbk, but I don't have an everyone group.
It also suggests that it is not in a particular location. I have copied it here but still it doesn't help.
It suggests that the fix comes with W2K service pack 3. I already have this loaded.
ONe other thing that is a bit strange my system does not seem to recognise this file either. When I go to file types in Explorer it also doesn't recognise Outlook data files, not you think tis could all be related.
Please help as it is very puzzling.
Many thanks
Sandy
