I am trying to use new tapes and I keep getting the alert "please insert overwritable media". I have tried different tapes and still get the same alert. I have tried to label the tapes and it says the job is successfull but the label does not change. I can't move the tapes to scratch media or back up to them. I can inventory them but can't erase them, "job failed". If I use NT's backup the tapes work fine. Any sugestions?????
