Can not install MSDN... 1

When i try to install the MSDN cds, it installs all the files (the progress bar completes) after this setup says "UPDATING SYSTEM" at this moment i get an error like this:

MSDN Setup Error
g_ccolCollection.Open(collectionname) dwError=7

after this setup says setup is not completed succesfully and exits.
No icons or MSDN.exe is loaded in to installation directory (but help files are there) i've tried several ways like changing setup type (full, minimal custom...) or installing into different directories but nothing changed.

At the end i want to say that these CD's are installing on other machines without any problem.

What's my problem?
Can anyone help me???
