Possible fixes in order:
-Press the reset button on the DTI card to reboot it
-Reboot the KSU
-Upgrade software to 7.1
-Replace the DTI card
-Call the carrier and tell them all the above was done.
Sometimes the carrier had an issue/glitched, resetting card or rebooting system will re-snyc the PRI with the carrier and often fixes the issue.
