can Not hear callers at far end Merlin Magix

We have a setup with 3 Merlin Magix systems and a Definity Prologix that are Networked (using Point to Point as Prog. as PRI)and work quite well ....
The issue is with only one Branch complaining of one sided
conversations ....meaning they can not hear the other end
every now and then ....we have swapped sets out but the problems seems to come back ....they are using a couple
"copper" trunks in pool group 70 and a 891 pool goes to a point to point to the Definity ( where they have 2 T1
circuits that every one else uses with NO issues)

is it possible that we have bad channel /channels
on the point to to point (Prog as PRI for Centralized
Voicemail) The far end sites are clocking off "LOOP"
and the Definity Cloks off of The 2 T1 FLEXPATHS)
 
If the calls are coming into the Definity and then passed opver to the Magix, there may be some loss of signal from the passing off of calls from the copper to the Digital networked "lines".
Also, ther is a distance that the demark is expected to be from the Magix, and if this is exceeded, there may be signal loss. Usually, if there aer bad channels on the T-1/PRI, there is just nothing, not a weak signal. If this is a casse of just nothing, then you may have a bad setup on the PRI. The Magix shuld be set to clock off the PRI (loop). May want to check out the error log on the Magix to see if there are a bunch of slips, and MIS's. Ideally there would be none, but a few are OK. On the Definity side, see if there are any errors as well. (It should work fine)
 
The calls do come from the Definity side (DID) but as noted
there is no issue with the other sites ......The Dmarc is only 3 feet away from the Magix system ...will check the Magix event logs ...
