Can not find database dll error message

When a user tries to open one of my crystal reports (through the vb application), they get the error 'Can not find database dll.' Does any one know what this is referring to?

I searched the crystal forum for answers on this one and have found a little help there. This seems to be more of a crystal problem than a vb problem.
