Hi -
I'm working with an existing report in Version 9 (tried XI also)
When I use "Show SQL" the inner join created by LINKS shows up fine but there is also a "where colA IS NULL and colB IS NULL" in the sql. This does match the logic of the business query so I'm sure someone created this but I need to change it and I CAN'T figure out how this where clause is being generated.
It is not in the Select Expert.
It is not in a Selection Formula
It is not in a CMD or SQL expression
It is not in the Repository.
I tried exporting the "report definition" and one of the fields (call it colB) does not even show up any where.
I'm obviously missing something so any help would be appreciated!

I can't recall if CR 9 allowed one to modify the SQL in that window, but CR 8.5 did. If it does, it may have been manually entered in the SQL, and I would remove it.

Perhaps it was built using CR 8.5 and migrated?

And you're certain that the Report->Select Formulas->Record and Group areas don't have that in it?

-k
