Can Not Exit From Word 2000 ???

Hello

I have installed office 2000 from a administrative installation point on our network to all our client machines
win95/98/2000pro.

Unfortunately I am experiencing a problem when trying to exit from Word 2000 on one of the machines (win98)

The application remains open, but with no tool bars or menus so I can not open any docs - strangely it does not appear to have crashed as when I do a ctrl+alt+delete there is no indication that the preogram is not responding and if i double click a .doc file, Word springs back into action and is usable again.

Any ideas ???

Have you tried rebooting the machine?......I have seen this happen to other programs, but not to Word. Does this machine have the minimum system requirements and were any other programs such as AutoCad LT 2000 open at the time?
