Can Not Direct Info Printout to Lotus Notes[b/]

I have tried to setup Seagate Info (version 7.0.2.100) to print it's reports directly to Lotus Notes.
I have an article (c2001914) from the Crystal Care Technical Support site. (

I have followed the article's instructions, AND was able to make the APS Mail Notification work fine, which means Info is able to send Success or Failure notifications to Lotus Notes.
Problem is, when I try to send a report to Lotus Notes, I get the following message: Cannot log-on to mail system using ID PassMail!!. PassMail is the profile name that I setup in Mail and Fax, in the Control Panel. Can the Profile name be anything, or does it need to be a certain ID Name?

My PC is running NT Version 4.0, and Lotus Notes 5.0.6a.

You can use whatever ID you've set up. But you need to verify that the email client is properly configured on the Info Server, which is what I think your problem is.
