Can Not Dial Out

I am at the customer site. This is the first time I am installing BCM50.

I am not able to figure out why it is not working. Incoming calls are coming. We can dial all the extensions but but when I press 8 for outside line. It says no free lines.

Please help.

Have you set up 8 as the destination code for your line pool

Change the default access code from 9 to 8 for that pool.
