Can not dial from SIP Trunk

I am not able to Dial out to other location from Avaya Ext 213 using SIP trunks. Find below Avaya System status traces from Ext 213. From below traces any idea what could be the cause because other site PABX can Dial Ext 213 from their Extensions

Extension or group 10 does not excist.
TIP, you must use "en-bloc" dialling on SIP.
So adjust ARS to have a semicolon after the ShortCode string e.g.:
SC = N;
TN = N
Action = Dial
Line ID = the outgoing LineID as setup in the SIP trunk URI

Use google on "IP Office ARS for SIP", there are tons of examples
