Can not delete callpilot mailbox

I am trying to delete a mailbox in CallPilot but when I do it says Mail Box in Use.
There are no CCR trees, and I don't think there ever were.
I don't know were else to look to find what may be using the mailbox.

If this is a CP 100/150 check all the tables even if your not using them they are still active.

There are 4 tables and in all of them the CCR options are NO. Is there away to delete the existing tables?

Cannot delete Tables.
CCR maybe set to NO but it may still be using the box.
Listen to the greeting of that box for some hint perhaps.
Best way is to look from the web broswer to find the culprit.
