Can not create Cube because a arithmetic overflow has accured

Please help me a advice.

I create a simple cube with data source from .iqd file. I checked the number of categories, not over 1000.

The time to create the cube is very fast, around 10 seconds.

But when create the cube, error appear : TR1901 a record has been rejected. An arithmetic overflow has accured.

Please help me a solution for checking, what caused this problem.

Thanks a lot.
