Hello:
I have a 2610 t1 connected to 512k point to point with another 2610. I can not ping or see the router. Here is the int #show interface serial0/0
Serial0/0 is up, line protocol is up
Hardware is PQUICC with Fractional T1 CSU/DSU
Internet address is 192.100.100.16/16
MTU 1500 bytes, BW 512 Kbit, DLY 20000 usec,
reliability 255/255, txload 1/255, rxload 1/255
Encapsulation HDLC, loopback not set
Keepalive set (10 sec)
Last input never, output 00:00:01, output hang never

It would be nice to see the running config from both routers. You need to be sure you are running the same encapsulation on both ends. If you are then some loopback testing is in order to rule out the circuit, interfaces, or router all together. Send over the running config (sh run) and we can go from there.
